What are the payment methods?
We accept the following payment methods:

Will you have other varieties of plants?
Absolutely! We are constantly looking for new products to offer. However, we have to base our orders on the availability of products from our suppliers.
If you are looking for any specific products, please do not hesitate to contact us at Plantyfloria@gmail.com . We will be happy to check availability with our suppliers.
What care should I take when my order arrives?
- Unpacking with care : Carefully remove the plant from its packaging to avoid damaging the leaves and roots.
- Inspection : Examine the plant for signs of stress or shipping damage. Check leaves, stems, and roots.
- Watering : If the soil is dry, water the plant lightly. Be sure not to overwater, as this could cause additional stress.
- Acclimatization : Place the plant in a location appropriate to its light and temperature needs. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or in a draft.
- Observation : Monitor the plant for a few days to make sure it is adjusting well to its new environment. Pay attention to any signs of distress, such as yellow or wilted leaves.
- Continued Care : Continue to provide specific care recommended for the plant, such as regular watering, fertilizing, and maintaining necessary humidity.
Are the plants identical to the photos?
Yes, the plant you see on our site is representative of the one you will receive. However, being living beings, plants may have slight variations between the time the photo is taken and the time you receive your order. For example, you may have an extra leaf.
How is my order packaged for shipping?
We take care to ship the plants with their original pot and their initial substrate intact. In addition, we use a specific adhesive to secure the substrate inside the pot during transport. To protect the leaves of your plant from damage during the journey, we place Poly-fill between them. Finally, we use cushioning materials to minimize movement and ensure safe delivery.
I would like to add a product to an existing order. Is this possible?
This is possible, we strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible providing us with your initial order information.

How does pickup work?
When you finalize your order, be sure to choose the "Pickup" option to collect your order in person.
To make an appointment, you can contact us on our Facebook page: PlantyFloria or by email at PlantyFloria@gmail.com
Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a confirmation message inviting you to confirm your appointment to collect your package.
Please note that we will need 1-2 days to prepare your order before it is ready for collection.
When you arrive, please remain in your vehicle. Our team will come to you to hand-deliver your package to you.
We cannot keep them for more than a week after the date of your order. If you encounter an impediment and cannot collect your order, please contact us by email at Plantyfloria@gmail.com as soon as possible.
